International Office

We are dedicated to continuously improving our services to meet the needs and expectations of international students at Legenda.
There will always be somebody at Legenda Education Group to whom international students can turn for help.  That is why the International Office has a smooth running system that is designed to anticipate their needs and take care of their transition from home.
Our friendly staffs are on hand to give advice on courses, fees, application materials, and to answer any questions regarding studies at Legenda.  We can also provide advice regarding health cover and visa renewals, if students are extending their study at Legenda.  The International Office provides information and advice on orientation, further studies and accommodation; assists students in adjusting to life and study at Legenda and helps to resolve problems which may impede successful completion of their study programmes

Orientation

• Our Legenda International Students Orientation Programme, i-orientate, is designed to help you find your feet when you first arrive in Malaysia.  If this is going to be your first time in Malaysia, you may find that many of the customs and procedures are different from those to which you are used.  This programme is designed to familiarise you with all aspects of living and studying in Malaysia and to provide you with the background information and practical skills you will need to get the most from your stay in the country.  The programme also provides you with the opportunity to meet other students and make new friends.
• The features of this programme include a city tour of Kuala Lumpur, a cultural difference forum, and many other interesting activities.

Airport Pick Up

• Flight Details
• Please notify the International Office at Legenda Education Group of your arrival at least 10 days before your departure date. The following information is required:
  • Date of arrival
  • Time of arrival
  • Flight number

Immigration Clearance

• Please produce the letter of approval from the Malaysian Immigration Department at the immigrations checkpoint. An officer from the university will receive you at the airport’s immigrations clearance point. Please look out for the officer who will be displaying a Legenda Education Group placard. The officer will assist you in immigration clearance. Please take note that you will not be able to clear immigration without the presence of an officer from the university.

Transfer to Accommodation Unit

• You will then be transported to the university’s accommodation unit. This airport pick-up service is provided at no extra cost for you (and your parents if space is available) as part of the student services of Legenda Education Group.
