8 MAY 2011, MANTIN - According to Academic Calendar, the senior student registration is scheduled to be from 7th June 2011 to 9th June 2011. However, the management would like to be proactive and walk extra miles to enhance the quality of your living environment especially for you.
Therefore the management has decided to introduce an "Early Bird Registration" to bring forward the dates for Senior Student Registration. The new registration date is from 3rd May to 9th June 2011.
For all who register during this Early Bird Registration period, Hostel Operations Division would be ready to perform the following range of services:
- Repair damage and defects
- Replace spoiled items
- Maintain wear & tear work
- Clean up dirty walls
- Clear blockages
- Stop water leaking spots
Nevertheless, this operation would be very challenging to our Service Support Team in view of the space areas, quantity and timing issues. That being said, the management is determined to achieve the best order to ensure our students fully enjoy satisfactory standard of hostel facilities at the college university.
The management thus seeks your active participation in this Early Bird Registration to enhance your living environment, Please kindly visit our ONE STOP CENTRE: Early Bird Registration Counter @ The Lobby effective 3rd May 2011, 11am - 3pm.
To participate in this meaningful event all you need to do is to follow the following FOUR SIMPLE STEPS:
- Get the Early Bird Registration Maintenance Worksheet Form.
- Submit the form to One-Stop Centre located at the lobby with your SSR Fees Payment Receipt.
- Fix a date and time to welcome our Hostel Maintenance staff to view your unit in order to make records accordingly.
- While you are away, Maintenance Team will perform all the necessary refurbishment works. (Please remove your valuable items while you are away. The management will not be responsible for any lost or damages)
Take Note:
- One-Stop Centre set up a lobby for enquiries, forms, briefings starting from 3rd May 2011.
- All maintenance work is subject to first-come-first-serve basis, stock availability, manpower availability and working schedule.
- Mutual consent of all residents of one unit is appreciated in regard to the maintenance and refurbishment work.
