The Establishment Ceremony will be officiated by Y.B. Dato’ Seri Mohamed Khaled bin Nordin, Minister of Higher Education Malaysia. Invited dignitaries and guests from the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, Malaysian Qualifications Agency, Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional Malaysia (PTPTN), Foreign Embassies, High Commissions, local Municipal Council and banks are also expected to grace the event.
